Skills and Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and Business, Marketing or related field
- Minimum 3 years of sales & marketing experience
- Minimum 3 years of B2B marketing and digital marketing (preferred)
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Strong intrapersonal skills
- Exceptional understanding of sales and marketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Portuguese and English)
Key Responsibilities:
- Build materials for existing and new products/services, offerings, and case studies; revise as needed
- Develop and implement strategic sales & marketing plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services
- Direct sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly
- Ensures effective control of marketing results and takes corrective action to guarantee the achievement of objectives within designated budget
- Oversees implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR
- Oversees the digital marketing and social media strategy ensuring it aligns with the different segments of the target market
- Collaborate with Data and Insights team to create case studies
- Update all materials on an ongoing basis to ensure accuracy
- Manage website sales content
- Ability to work effectively towards tight deadlines;
