Ynvisible (www.ynvisible.com) is a fast growing international company on the emerging field of Printed Electronics. Ynvisible has developed and brought to market proprietary printed electrochromic (EC) displays that are low power, low weight, thin, flexible, transparent and robust. Ynvisible is currently in growth mode and recruiting a dynamic Sales & Marketing Assistant, for an IEFP Internship at its Almada (Portugal) office.

Position overview:
You will be part of a young, international and diverse team – with competences in chemistry, materials science, printing, electronics, business development and sales & marketing.
Your key function will be to provide accurate and effective support to our international Sales Team, being responsible for tasks such as:
- Business planning support activities
- Market studies
- Processing of new sales leads
- Monitoring of customer accounts and management of CRM platform
- Providing data and reports to help the sales team
- Improvement of the sales process
- Event planning and management
- Marketing campaigns planning and support
The ideal candidate:
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Clear and precise verbal and written communication
- Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office tools
- Good team work skills
- Good project/tasks and time management skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Autonomous and proactive
- Preference for candidates with international experience
