We are looking for a Sales & E-commerce consultant for a project based in Lisbon.
Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities and drive improvements.
- Maximize customer interaction.
- Provide support, guidance, training and mentorship to reach and maintain customer satisfaction quality and sales goals.
- Frequently listen to calls and other interactions and test the customer experience flow so that you can correctly identify and tell the customer story to drive systematic improvements.
- Lead weekly sales pipeline reviews and weekly and monthly business reviews.
- Implement and execute campaigns and programs designed and report back with the results and insights.
- Work internally and externally to find opportunities to increase revenue and/or customer satisfaction and work to implement those changes.
- With launches and changes coming frequently, you will be handling readiness and change management so that front line advocates are in sync with upcoming sales and marketing campaigns as well as tools or process updates and changes.
Skills required:
- Costumer service and support experience, prefer e-commerce.
- Operations experience
- Tele sales experience
- English conversation is mandatory.
