What skills do you need to have:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL and SQL Server for efficient database design and management.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API development and integration.
• Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of Docker for containerization is a plus.
• Familiarity with message queue systems like RabbitMQ or Kafka is valued.
• Ability to work in an Agile development environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and address technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.

Some of your responsibilities will be:

• Develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails, ensuring code quality, performance, and scalability.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange between different components.
• Utilize PostgreSQL and SQL Server to manage and optimize database operations.
• Write efficient, reusable, and testable code while following best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and maintainability.
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in web development.
• Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
