We are looking for talented developers to join our growing RPA team and participate in several of our software solutions.

Inspire IT needs new team members who are creative, reliable and process oriented, delivering high quality work and passionate about software development.

The ideal candidate is sharp, confident and proactive, but also humble and not afraid to ask questions. You’re continuously looking to learn and improve yourself, both personally and professionally. You’re absolutely passionate about technology, software, products and people.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Conduct RPA Readiness Assessments;
• Interpretation of functional requirements;
• Business process mapping, design and redesign;
• Experience in developing and delivering robotic automation projects;
• Work within a development team.

Qualities / essential requirements

• Continuous researches for new techniques and approaches
• Passionate about development, always eager to get your hands on
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• At least 6 months of experience in UIPath, AutomationAnywhere, BluePrism or similar solutions
• Good written and spoken English (minimum B1)
