Business Analyst) and additionally the following:
Coordinates closely with experts from country organizations and other stakeholders in the Digital Unit (Global Product Owner, Product Owner, Digital Strategy, PMO, etc.).
Gathers requirements from the markets
Writes user stories with business analysts
Documentation in relevant systems such as SharePoint, Confluence and Jira.
Facilitates meetings in international country organizations, as well as independently manages projects and coordinates multiple markets
Preparation of presentation for communication with stakeholders
Prioritization of the product backlog and definition of release plans
Close coordination with stakeholders inside and outside the organization
Ensure all products realize the Digital Unit's target in terms of scaling
Use analytics, targeting and digital campaigns capabilities to understand customer behavior and evolve the customer journey
Requirements management, formulation of requirements from a business and technical perspective
Technical support of the PO team in the conception, validation and planning of technically demanding features and integrations
Overall view of technical platform and integration in system landscape (e.g. AWS, AEM, Salesforce, WebCalc, Headless CMS)
Technical conception and coordination of Automated Rate Precalculation & Automated Data Retrieval
