Mission

Perform E2E optimization per service type based on customer priorities. Good understanding and knowledge of Telecommunications concepts and principles of GSM, GPRS, UMTS, HSPA, LTE and VoLTE. The engineer should be able to create mechanism of correlating different sources in order to get to the root cause of failures.

Profile

• Master or Bachelor’s degree standard in telecommunications or a technical discipline;
• Engineering Graduate with 3+ years of relevant experience in network design and optimization;
• Knowledge and practice of 2G / 3G /4G optimization processes;
• Knowledge on VoLTE service failure analysis;
• Responsible for OSS KPI/KQI monitor, analysis and demarcation of service quality issue on mobile network;
• Experience on parameter consistency check;
• Strong knowledge in cluster KPI monitoring and optimization after swap;
• Knowledge on using post processing and analysis tool (TEMS, NEMO, or equivalent);
• Experience in analyzing drive test measurement, namely in Cluster Benchmark log file analysis;
• Knowledge of MAPINFO;
• Experience in network optimization with the help of parameters and counters;
• Knowledge and practice of Huawei RAN tools: U2000, PRS, NASTAR;
• Feature assessment and optimization;
• Experience in a P3 projects are a plus;
• Proficient with MS Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint
• Ability to abstract complex and detailed technical items and present to the customer;
• Strong written and verbal communication;
• Fluent English is required.
