We have a challenge for you – Release Manager – Remote model – Telecommunications
 
What we are looking for:
- University degree in Computer Science or similar;
- Professional experience (more than 4 years) with significant experience in Release Management and/or Operations Management;
- Seasoned professional with exposure to multi-faceted, matrixed organizations, used to dealing with competing needs and different stakeholders regularly;
- Leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams across the organization (experience leading small teams is a plus);
- Good understanding of Agile and DevOps concepts and tools (such as release on demand);
- Understand the differences between deployments and releases, the use of dark launches, feature toggles, and canary releases;
- Knowledge in the Salesforce ecosystem (is a plus);
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (mandatory).
