We are now looking for a Release Manager that is willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team. 

Are you the one?:

• Manages, tracks, deploys UAT, pre-production, and production releases
• Coordinates release lifecycle with development teams, external deployment teams, production support teams, SPOCs, and external vendors
• Work on enhancement of Release/Configuration/Delivery management
• Maintains and provides 1st level support for UAT and pre-production environments as needed
• Provides 3rd level support for production environments as needed
• Maintains technical documentation and procedures related to configuration management
• Follows and improves communication channels with our clients
• Fluent in English
