Randstad was challenged to develop a new shared services center for a leading multinational in its field.

The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for the overseeing all recruitment activities in line with the business needs.

-The Recruitment Manager will oversee a team of Recruitment Assistants


requisitos/requirements
-BSc/BA degree
-At least 3 years of experience as internal recruiter in industrial sector or in a recruitment agency

-Ability to develop, motivate and lead diverse teams and managing workload efficiently across resources

-Fully proficient with Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook

-Experience of operating at HR Services Manager level within a GBS environment
-Experience in international recruiting is a major plus

-English (essential)
-Portuguese (desirable)
