What is your mission:

Here at Neotalent (a Novabase company), we are building a tech team to help reinvent the experience of sports fans around the world and we want you to join us as React Software Engineer at Lisbon Area. Our client is the global leader in fan-first video experiences and works for FIFA, UEFA, the Premier League, Juventus FC, BBC Sports and many more!

You will:

• Participating in the delivery of projects using sound software engineering principles with a strong focus on user experience.
• Understanding requirements, discussing refinements and providing estimations
• Effective delivery of robust, modular and testable code
• Cooperate with a team of UI Engineers
• Adhere and contribute to our client Engineering procedures, code conventions and best practice
• Documentation, including (but not limited to) software design and technical specification.
• Keep abreast of new technology and opportunities in UI engineering that may be utilized by our client
• Agile development following the Scrum methodology.

The talent we are looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of experience with React development;
• Experience with Typescript, Redux, Design Patterns;
• Is valued to have knowledge or experience with Node.js, Webpack, Docker, Unit Testing using Jest;
• The ability to navigate complex challenges and solve interaction problems
• A passion for learning the latest technologies and standards
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and tools
• Experience in working with third party vendors and integrating with external software
• Experience working in an Agile work environment
• Excellent communication skills;
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
