The Company Factory is a start-up based in Winterthur (Switzerland), which was founded in September 2017. Company Factory AG sees itself as a full-service provider in the field of “digital transformation” and has the vision of making medium-sized companies one of the winners in this process. In addition to providing consulting services with digital content, the Company Factory is building new business models in its role as “Company Builder” for companies in Switzerland and abroad and is responsible for the subsequent implementation. About the role
One of our internal projects is ready to begin development and we want you to be part of it. You’ll be part of a small team that will be solely focused on making this project come to life. The project is an e-commerce platform that is probably not like any project you’ve worked on before. This is a multi-year project that aims to build a state of the art shop. This will also be a challenging project in terms of scale.

Requirements

• Strong work experience with a solid frontend framework such as React, Vue or Angular. 2+ years experience
• Good understanding in writing scalable frontend code
• Experience in E-commerce is highly valued but not mandatory
• Very solid knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3
• Solid understanding of SEO best pratices
• Good grasp of git and git flow
• Good English communication skills, both orally and written
• Strong knowledge of Webpack/Grunt/Gulp is highly valued
• Knowledge of a state management library such as redux or mobx
