TalkGuest is a cloud-based platform specially designed for short-term rental management. Our easy-to-use software helps property owners and managers scale their business while reducing operational costs.

We’re a fast-paced startup company with a young, dynamic and international team, which has more than doubled in the last few months. Our mission is to empower property owners and managers everywhere, and become the go-to software for every vacation rental professional.

The role

This is no run-of-the-mill job. We’re on the lookout for the most talented engineers around.

You’ll be working in a small team of like minded developers, tackling everyday challenges with creativity and diligence. Unlike most ordinary jobs, you’ll be given a voice and we’ll take your viewpoint on board. 

You must be a natural problem-solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is able to prioritize tasks accordingly.

Responsibilities

Our dev team works across a diverse stack, including React.JS, Outsystems, C#, Javascript, Azure functions, and NoSQL.

We are looking for a React Developer to join a us.

What we value

• University Degree (Software Engineering or Computer Science preferably);
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in software development;
• Professional experience with React;
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML and CSS;
• Knowledge of web architectures and services (HTTP, SOAP, REST, JSON, etc.);

Key responsibilities

• Taking ownership of project timelines and deliverables
• Identifying root causes and go beyond treating symptoms
• Developing new skills as needed
• Applying algorithms to solve deep problems
• Helping scale the platform and build new features
• Contributing to the design and architecture of our Platform
