Mission:

We are recruiting a RAN Engineer to Porto.

Main responsibilities:

• Network planning and optimization engineering activities for 2G, 3G and 4G networks;
• KPI evaluation and troubleshooting in order to comply with client standards ;
• Cluster optimization and drive test analysis ;
• New features testing and analysis.

Profile:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in an engineering discipline (Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications etc) ;
• Deep understanding of 2G, 3G and 4G networks and full system interaction & dependencies ;
• Capable of performing KPI analysis ;
• MS Access & Power BI, Qlic and SQL know-how for data analysis and reporting ;
• Drive Test Analysis and Post-Processing Tools (i.e., TEMS Investigation & Discovery) ;
• Multi vendor experience is a plus ;
• VoLTE troubleshooting experience is a plus ;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills ;
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail ;
• Problem-solving abilities.
