Description

Findmore Consulting S.A. is a company specialized in Information Technologies founded in 2006 and with more than 400 consultants. Our services include infrastructure and cloud, software development and agility where contribute to major projects in Portugal and Europe.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

•Monitor and improve the quality management system in place to maintain compliance;
•Ensure alignment and integration of common requirements between quality management systems (ISO9001) and information security (ISO27001);
•Extension of the scope of the quality management system to other I-ICT entities in accordance with ISO9001 2015;
•Ensure the integration of I-ICT management systems into the client;
•Coordinate and carry out audits and reporting to the management of I-ICT;
•Action plan for extending QMS to other ICT services;
•Monthly internal audit coordination reports, focusing on non-conformities and associated potential risks;
•Definition of processes “Deliver software solutions” and “Fulfill requests”.

Main Technical Requirements:

•Minimum 5 years of experience sa a Quality Officer ISO 9001 / Business Process Engineer.

Other Requirements:

•Excellent command of English language (both written and verbal);
•Availability to move to Brussels;
•EU citizenship
