Your new job

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Software Tester to join our team! As a Software Tester at our company, you will have the opportunity to work on new and exciting projects and develop your career.

What you need to successful

Key duties and responsibilities

• Review product requirements and technical specifications
• Provide support and documentation
• Write test plans, test cases and test procedures
• Document software defects on a bug tracking system, assist Software Developers in their analysis and verify their successful resolution
• Perform initial debugging procedures by reviewing configuration files, logs, or code pieces to determine breakdown source
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans
• Performs Quality Assurance activities supporting software development through its complete SDLC.
• Develop test automation scripts for software based on test cases
• Report test results and provide feedback and recommendations on software usability and functionality
• Drive to improve Quality by continually seeking to innovate and improve QA processes

Requirements

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field and/or proven work experience in software QA testing
• Automate related testing activities
• Analytical mind, problem-solving attitude and focus on details
• Organizational skills
• 2 years Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• 2 years Experience with some (or all) of these types of testing: Functional, Smoke, Regression, Security, UX, Compatibility, Load and Performance
• 2 years Experience in mobile testing across different platforms, particularly IOS and Android
• Experience in web apps testing
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Good English writing and verbal communication skills.

Following competences are considered a plus:

• Experience with X Ray
• Experience using JIRA (Bug Tracking software)
• Experience using Confluence (Collaborative software)
• Experience programming automatic test
• Experienced programming a mainstream language and working with an IDE
• Knowledge about Selenium
• Basic knowledge on SQL and scripting
