We’re looking for a dedicated professional who seeks the continuous improvement of the organization. The Quality Assurance Engineer that we are looking for must have strong communication skills and must be willing to spread our quality culture to all the teams.

What you’ll do:

• Review the processes in accordance with the organization policies and quality standards
• Oversee the execution of software releases
• Provide software engineers and developers with the necessary tools to fulfill the quality requirements
• Perform internal audits
• Analyze improvement suggestions
• Analyze non-conformities and identify corrective actions
• Review findings from the audits and objectively define follow-up actions
• Train our staff in the quality processes

What you must have:

• Passion for quality and continuous improvement
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor-s Degree in Software Engineering or related field
• Awareness and experience in agile software development methodologies
• Excellent English skills – spoken and written

What we consider a plus (not mandatory):

• Knowledge in ISO9001 Requirements and CMMI Model
• Knowledge of programming languages
