Role:

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer that will test the product, measure test coverage, develop towards automation, drive testability, and diagnostic ability into the product while promoting best practices in quality areas. 

The test software you will build should expose product defects in production-level code as well as defects at the component and feature integration prospective. You should command the skill to communicate clearly and effectively. 

You will need to define test plans, test specifications, test suites, test cases as well as design tools for unit, functional and performance testing in a programmatic manner.

Who you are:

• 3+ years of experience as QA Engineer;

• Work alongside agile teams to create test plans and test cases

• Knowledge and applicable work experience in creating automated test cases and improving test frameworks;

• Write, read, run, and enhance test scripts in collaboration with the development teams

• Execute test cases in the field and interpret and report testing results, and be a vocal proponent for quality in every phase of the development process

• Find, isolate, document, regress, and track bugs through resolution

• Working experience in an agile scrum environment;

• Would be nice to have experience as a Scrum Master;

• Previous experience in white box testing, test coverage measurement, and results reporting;

• Working familiarity with scripting languages like Python and/or shell script;

• Ability to work with various stakeholders from NL and OPO so your communication skills need to be awesome.
