Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

•Identify possibilities for digitalization;
•Consult Process Owners and coordinate activities;
•Develop and align concepts/ specifications with affected roles and Developer Teams;
•Steer and control external Developer Teams;
•Define acceptance criteria and perform Release Management;
•Drive Quality Control and Continuous improvement.

Main Technical Requirements:

•Experience in the following points;
•Operations/Installation/Upgrades in AWS Cloud of Qlik Sense, Nprinting and other added value products;
•Monitoring the QlikSense Multi node cluster, analyses and optimize system/app performance;
•Analyze, propose operations optimizations, drive automation of processes;
•QS Administrator (maintain security rules, connectors, streams, etc.);
•Implement security tools;
•Windows/Linux;
•Authorizations;
•AWS (basic);
•Network;
•Scripting.

Other Requirements:

•Experience in IT Process Design;
•Experience in Data Management and Data Analysis;
•Experience in Quality Processes (ISO20000, ISO27000);
•Knowledge of MS Office, Data Base, Reporting tools;
•Good communication skills;
•EU citizenship
