What are you going to do:
We are looking for a QA Team Leader to integrate our team - Porto. 

Your Role:

• Leader of the change management and of the creation of a testing factory;
• Persuasive skills and very good communication;;
• Build an innovation culture in the team, promote news ideas and new ways of working;
• Mandatory to have prior experience as a leader of small teams;
• Experience in Agile/Waterfall methodologies;
• Escalation point of contact for project and define reporting and ensure client/projects satisfaction;
• Develop team skills, promote team spririt and empower people;
• Manage around 10 people in the team;
• English;
