Randstad Professionals - QA Manager (m/f)

Randstad Professionals is recruiting a QA Manager (m/f) for direct integration in a international company, with offices located in Porto.

Currently, the company is working Full Remote.
After covid, they will have 4 remote work days + 1 office day.
They may be open to other work arrangements.

- Define QA metrics, workflows, standards and processes.
- Create test plans from product specifications.
- Management and hire of new team members.
- QA metrics and status.
- Ensure projects have the testers and resources needed.
- Contact with Product, Testers, Developers, Customers and others.

requisitos/requirements
- More than 5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Tester.
- Experience in team management.
- Familiar with Jira.
- Project management is valued.
- Familiar with UI and visual design.
- Good english communication (intermediate/advanced level is mandatory requirement) and leadership skills.
