What you will be doing:

• Run a specific testing activity such as creating new Exchange to exchange (E2E) test capabilities across a new set of 3rd party and internal systems
• Manage the creation of automation tests and where necessary as well as manual tests
• Organize 3rd parties to create tests or support testing where needed
• Ensure all test types are covered including functional, performance, security, etc.
• Manage a team of automation, analysts and manual QA´s to run the entire test plan/create/run/fix cycles in an efficient way
• Work in collaboration with cross functional teams who are creating new capabilities from scratch so we can ensure we always have a combined set of tests that cover everything.

What we are looking for:

• Excellent management skills, able to work across multiple teams in multiple countries on multiple business capabilities and using complementary test techniques
• Deep understanding of all types of security, testing, including functional, performance, stress, integration
• Testing background in Web, API and infrastructure
• Background in teams/people management
• Experience with Selenium and AWS services
• Experience with tools and frameworks such us Postman, Terratest, JUnit, Python Unittest
• Knowledge in Python JavaScript
• Excellent business analysis skills and able to understand core requirements
• Experience measuring test coverage and achieving meaningful high quality stats
• Ability to work in a fast moving environment with pressure to find quick solutions while maintaining quality - Agile environment
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or similar.
