We work in small agile teams, made up of people with diverse competencies and responsibilities, but where everyone is directly involved in the whole cycle of software development. Our main office is at Kungsholmstorg in central Stockholm and we have additional offices in Portugal and Serbia. 

We work on two of the world's strongest e-commerce platforms; Magento and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are expanding our team and looking for a QA Engineer to help us to build world-class testing frameworks in our Évora’s office.

You will be working closely with both our teams of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Magento.
 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a QA Engineer at Improove you will be responsible for:

• Reviewing and analyzing platform specifications;

• Reporting bugs and errors to development teams

• Helping troubleshoot issues;

• Writing and run test scripts (manual and automated);

• Developing expertise in verifying highly performant code;

• Using in your tests various web standards, browsers, devices, and frameworks;

• Helping developers highlighting issues that are observed throughout the clients’ projects development;

• Being responsible for helping the teams to identify high-impact bugs and coordinate fixes and ways to prevent them.

• Provide technical support to our Scrum Master and to our developers;

• Being an active voice in building our quality process, working with the best practices of the market.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent;

• 3+ years of experience in the field;

• Experience with test automation and continuous integration

• Knowledge of some tools such as Selenium, Jenkins, and others;

• Working knowledge of tools like JIRA, and Confluence.

• Be able to work as a team player;

• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Salesforce Commerce Cloud and/or Magento will be a plus;

• Detail-oriented Person, especially with UX validation;

• Good communication skills;

• Fluent in English, writing, and speaking is mandatory
