We’re looking for an experienced Python Developer to lead the technical team of a backend area.

This team is responsible for providing critical backend services to other product teams through internal APIs. These services are mainly related to the discovery, market intelligence and certification of Android apps. Other services include specific tools that support the users’ experience across app and website products (e.g. apps’ recommendation, push notifications).

Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science or similar;
- 6+ years of experience in software development;
- Demonstrated experience in an Agile environment, particularly Scrum;
- Experience with web services and microservices architectures;
- Experience in building scalable, stable and reliable systems;
- Proficient in Python;

Experience with the following:
- MySQL, MongoDB and Redis
- Flask, Django or other MVC framework
- Celery
- Git

Also:
- Good communication skills and fluency in English;
- Work well both autonomously and as part of a team;
- Experience leading a development team, either formal or informal;
- Ambitious, responsible and result-driven.

Nice to have experience:
- Scrapy;
- Elasticsearch
