We are looking for an experienced Python Developer to join our team in Lisbon. As part of the Test Automation Team, you will be expected to contribute for the architecture, build, changes, and maintenance of test automation frameworks for CPE/STB/Web/Mobile/API, in order to support our digital infrastructure as part of our continuous integration / deployment pipeline. You will have the opportunity to work closely with multiple engineering teams and assist in planning with the build of a highly efficient and reliable delivery pipeline.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead and influence the direction of the automation testing team and effort;
- The selected individual will be focused on engineering architecture and development of our internal test automation framework;
- Interact with development teams to help implement optimized, re-usable and scalable test automation;
- Train and mentor junior colleagues within the team;
- Provide guidelines and best practices for automation;
- Research, identify, and implement new test automation technologies.

Requirements:
- Degree in computer science or equivalent major;
- 4+ years of experience as a automation engineer or developer;
- Experience with Linux and Python required;
- Some experience with version Control (GIT) is a plus, but not required;
- Familiarity with testing methodology is a plus, but not required;
- Ability to take on projects and drive them through completion;
- Team player willing to work on a variety of assignments to support our service offering;
- Fluent in English.
