We are looking for a talented Project Support to join our team and to work with us on a dynamic project with one of our international clients. 

Role Overview:

The Project Support role will support one of our global software development projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Learning Centre Support Specialist where required on day to day tasks (LMS Support/Reporting)

• Coordinate activities between all EU Markets relating to key project tasks

• Completing assigned  tasks and report on progress

• Create & maintain documents to support the project (Translations, job roles, data integrity etc)

• Report program/project status where required

• Schedule and run status meetings, document meeting minutes and communicate status updates with the client  team.

• Liaise with customer markets on a frequent basis to provide support, as well as disseminate tasks and chase where required.

• Ensure all quality standards are met relating to data integrity

Essential Skills:

• Excellent organizational skills, ability to deal with a variety of competing tasks simultaneously

• Comfortable working under pressure to manage key deliverables against deadlines

• Self-starter, flexible and able to work using own initiative with virtual supervision

• Good communicator with competent written skills

• Proactive approach to the project and tasks

• Problem Solving

• Competent Analytical skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office

Nice to have Skills:

• Training/LMS experience would be an advantage

• Previous Project Support experience in an IT environment.

• Ability/experience in process management and improvement

• Ability to travel (subject to Covid 19 restrictions)
