Our client is a leading bank in Europe, and one of the 10th largest banks in the World. It has a presence in 80 countries, with more than 200,000 employees. We’re looking for talented Project Manager that will join our team located in Lisbon.

Main Responsibilities

- Obtain a very good understanding on the company's organization and challenge it versus continuous integration best practices

- Be in contact with project teams, gather needs and strengths.

- Develop a global community about best practices around continuous integration principles,

- Promote workshops, coaching and share the knowledge

- Develop and gather indicators to measure and show the program progression

- Monitor CI platform status (performance, health)

- Be proactive in continuous integration process improvement

Skills

- Very good communication skills, be able and comfortable to be a coach/trainer

- Work well with multicultural teams and location

- Solid knowledge in software development best practices and methodologies (Agile, DevOps, TDD, BDD, coding conventions)

- Solid knowledge in Continuous Integration best practices

- Experience with Unix environments, admin knowledge is a plus

- Gather as most Experience or knowledge as possible in: Jenkins, Nexus, Subversion, Git; Docker, SonarQube, groovy script, Jenkins pipeline, Maven 3 are a plus

- Knowledge in Python, nodeJS or Java SE is a nice-to-have
