Our client is a leading bank in Europe, and one of the 10th largest banks in the World. It has a presence in 80 countries, with more than 200,000 employees. We’re looking for talented IT professionals to work as Project Managers (m/w) that will join our team located in Lisbon.

Context of the Position:

As an active contributor to projects and standard architecture solutions for the Bank, the Project Manager must guarantee the conformity of the architecture and security rules.

Infrastructure project management ensures the technical project management in direct relation with other business project managers of the Bank.

It contributes to the business projects by setting up the technical architecture solutions hosting the business applications, and preparing the transition to production of applications and it coordinates the action of the technical teams and assures the customer relationship to the Bank. 

Main tasks:

Project management in accordance with the budget, the deadlines and the quality of the deliverables:

- Projects must meet the standards and reference architectures of the Bank by ensuring the complete maintenance of infrastructure, resilience and correspondence at the allocated classification level.

- Systematic integration of project perimeter, obsolescence processing, cost and implementation of any application and infrastructure decommissioning, technical-application resilience.

- Piloting of the various actors/contributors of its projects and steering the budget (M/D)

- Ensure project reporting to APS management

- Set-up and assurance of the governance of its projects (business validation committees, monitoring committees, steering committees)

- Ensure the complete autonomy of the RUN THE BANK teams and application Support in order to maintain the application in operational conditions.

- Implementation of operations in unwrought hours and weekends based on the projects criticality.
