A day in Ubiwhere as a Project Manager:

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects (define tasks, allocate project resources, tracking project deliverables);
• Facilitate agile meetings to monitor project progress and resolve any issues the team may be experiencing;
• Ensure milestones are achieved and deadlines are met throughout project lifecycle;
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget;
• Manage the relationship with the partners and all stakeholders;
• Identify the technical requirements of the project and participate in technical writing;
• Meet with partners to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify the specific requirements of each project.

What you’ll need:

• Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience;
• Proven working experience in project management;
• Be curious about new technologies and be on the lookout for technical trends;
• Excellent partner-facing and internal communication skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English;
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
