For one of our clients we are looking for a Project Manager that will be part of the Infrastructure and Operations team and will have the oportunity to work with a vast branch of profiles during your mission (project manager, application managers, architects, DBA, network engineers, security engineers, developers, ...).
Your job will be organizing and leading waves inside the R2C project based on the master plan defined by the project director. This projects can vary from simple process migration from on-premise to cloud, or can be as complex as reengineering legacy systems to modern solutions or migration to SaaS or PaaS solutions. This is a highly transformative project for the organization, change management skills will be greatly appreciated.

Responsibilities:

•Defining and documenting project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.•Lead and organize the project team to ensure timely deliveries.

•Plan, implement and monitor project waves with detailed plan on key milestones, workstreams and activities.
•Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.
•Identifying and mitigating potential risks.
•Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, developers, architects and managers from different locations/timezones and ensure timely deliverables

Requirements:
•5-8 years of project management and related experience•English (fluent mandatory)/ French (understanding appreciated)
•Experience seeing projects throught the full lifecycle
•Critical thinking and creative problem solving
•Able to work with autonomy, proactivity, leadership, ownership, coordination and continuous improvement.
•Good presentation with excellent communication skills (written, listening and speaking), culture centered attitude, team work and highly motivated
