We are a team of 40+ employees. We work in small agile teams, made up of people with diverse competencies and responsibilities, but where everyone is directly involved in the whole cycle of software development. Our main office is at Kungsholmstorg in central Stockholm and we have additional offices in Portugal and Serbia. 

We work on two of the world's strongest e-commerce platforms; Magento and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are expanding our team and looking for a Project Manager to strengthen our clients’ approach and be a helpful hand managing efficiently our projects in order to provide accurate information to our Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Magento development teams in our Évora’s office.

We are looking for someone that should have a big passion for information technology and software development (doesn’t actually need to have background in development), be willing to grow, learn and always be ahead with the planning.

You will be able to work with several national and international clients developing challenging and with big complexity e-commerce projects.

We work in small agile teams with different competencies and responsibilities among its members, making sure all the development cycle is contemplated.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the project scope, goals, and cost estimates in the project lifecycle
• Manage all project execution plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports
• Manage all clients’ communication, gather requirements and make the global planning of the projects
• Prioritization is a key in your daily goals
• Be responsible for project tracking and analysis of risks and issues
• Manage and communicate clearly the right information to the development teams and keep them up to date

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Management or Computer Sciences
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Team Leader
• Knowledge and experience using project management methodologies
• Goal-oriented, assuring results with quality and within deadlines
• Knowledge of working with Agile/SCRUM methodologies
• Analytical and logical thinking
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English

NICE TO HAVE 

• PMP Certification
• Experience in e-commerce projects and platforms like Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento or other
