descrição da função/job description
Understands the client´s professional services offers, underlying delivery models and service roles and skills in order to properly staff each service, while advocating for consultants desired career interests and needs;
Handle all the operational tasks related with resource allocation, from the moment the team is assembled until the project starts, guiding the journey for all the stakeholders;
Assure the allocation process is followed and reinforce the importance of a clean and transparent procedure for all the involved parties;
Implement and manage efficient and scalable resource allocation processes; Interpret impact on allocation execution and revisit teams needs and operational changes that might occur according to trends and company objectives;
Analyze and report on key business metrics related to staffing capacity needs and utilization;
Manage service providers contracts and relations, for the client´sconsultants subcontracting to ensure the needed capacity for all services.

requisitos/requirements
Bachelor degree or equivalent;
Excellent planning, time management, decision making and organizational skills;
Excellent communication and relationship skills;
Transparency and ability to build trusting and supportive relationships;
High level of negotiation skills and stakeholder management;
Ability to build/develop strong business relations - networking;
Process oriented and with a proactive mindset towards continuous improvement, efficiency and scale;
Accountable for results, approaches obstacles proactively and looks for ways to resolve problems and issues;
Proven ability to effectively perform in a fast paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment;
Fluency in English, written and spoken (mandatory);
Experience working in IT consulting companies, with knowledge in professional services processes, delivery models, and key metrics is valued.
