descrição da função/job description
Drive adoption in Portugal for global projects focused on business transformation and ways of
working;
Collaborate with different managers in the Media and Creative Service Line and Functions to
define and validate implementation roadmaps and have them onboarded;
Collaborate with Business Platform team to make sure applications and systems are prepared and
in line with adoption needs;
Work in collaboration with the Operations area in Spain and with the global team when needed
to support the adoption of global projects in local markets and keep track of the advances (keeping
track of plans, preparing reports, etc);
Main projects: Salesforce adoption (improvement); Time recording solution implementation;
Clock in Clock out implementation; Workday Clean Up.

requisitos/requirements

Project management Capabilities;
High Learning Agility;
Communication skills (Ability to promote in a common cause);
Good level of English and, preferably, Spanish;
Being Open and receptive.
