Your Role:

• Take ownership of Production Phase and new project deliverables against agreed scope, budget and timeline
• Develop and maintain close working relationships with the team
• Analyse Production data quality, make sure that the governance and clean-up process in place is working efficiently, implement and follow up KPIs on Production phase
• Ensure all project status are accurate, informative and timely, and directly provide progress reports to the PMO and ensure Project governance forums are adhered to.
• Utilise governance and reporting standards
• Be an ambassador of the team throughout the organisation
• Undertake post-implementation reviews and implement lessons learned
• Contribute to increasing capability and expertise of the team

Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile:

• Degree in Finance, Information Systems and/ or Business Management related
• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in large and/or diverse projects
• Experience with KPI’s implementation and analysis
• Proficiency of Powerpoint and Excel skills
• Results driven & detail-orientated
• Capacity to analyse issues, prioritise based on potential impact, synthesise findings and communicate them in an effective manner;
• Proven ability to work autonomously
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Fluency in French will be valued
