What is your mission:
You will integrate a Neotalent partner, taking on the role of Project Manager.. We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our team, assuming responsibility of managing daily activities of the project team, work with the client, allocate resources, mitigate risk, and manage scope changes

As part of your job, you will:

• Team planning and control plan execution (ensure that the work is performed on time with the quality expected by the Customer)
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs and margin
• Resource allocation, budgeting, and budget control of the project
• Capture and manage dependencies, Issues and Risks of the work performed by the team and performing effective communication with the team, client, or other stakeholders
• Performing effective reporting of team progress and activities in the form of Status Reports
• Ensure that the team follows our internal processes and project best practices
• Develop people guaranteeing their sense of responsibility and ownership towards their work and help them grow in their role using continuous feedback
• Seek new opportunities/projects with customers

The talent we are looking for:

• University Degree (Software Engineering or Computer Science preferably);
• Minimum of 4 years in this area;
• Strong knowledge of the OOP paradigm
• Knowledge of PHP basics
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Familiarity with SQL databases and their declarative query languages
• Basic understanding of web service protocols (SOAP and Rest)
• Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git and SVN
• Enthusiasm and ability to learnProfessional English (candidate should be able to conduct the interview in English)
