SKILLS
- Over 8 years of IT experience;

- 2 to 3 years of ServiceNow experience as Technical Project Manager/Implementation authority;

- Implementation experience on various ITSM, ITBM and CSM modules;

- Hands-on experience on Service lifecycle on ServiceNow;

- Hands-on experience in JavaScript;

- Detailed understanding of ITIL v3 processes;

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities;

- Good Collaboration skills and teamwork ethic;

- Attention to details and commitment to quality;

- Good work ethic, ambitious and well-organized.
