• Experience with new product development and delivery experience using agile methodologies like Lean, Kanban, Scrum.
• Builds effective relationships through positive communication that motivates and influences others.
• Takes initiative to identify current and potential problems and determines the best solution.
• Leadership profile, managing teams and motivating them to improve performance.
• Knowledge of technical processes and able to hold your own in technical discussions.
• Fluency in English.
