KIT-AR is an innovative startup developing advanced Augmented Reality and Artificial Intelligence solutions to support shopfloor workers on manufacturing industrial organizations.
Having recently opened a subsidiary in Portugal with offices in Aveiro and Lisbon, and we are looking to grow our core technical team to build our world-class AR/AI commercial platform and solutions.

We are looking for a talented and seasoned project manager to join our team, to work in both research and commercial projects. You will have the chance to network with clients, vendors, and in-house personnel as well as form a dream team of experts for each project to maximize resources and efficiency. If you believe capable, come help us push the boundaries of what is feasible with Augmented Reality, Unity3D, Hololens 2, wearables, and Machine Learning to transform the future of digitally enhanced workers.

We are looking for:

• 5-year professional experience in project management;

• BS or higher in Computer Science;

• Preference in professional project management certification from accredited institution preferred

• Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others

• Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams

• Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality

• Goal driven, enthusiastic, creative thinker and problem solver;

• Ability to anticipate challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles

• Good communication skills and ability to thrive in diverse remote-first teams;

• Fluent spoken and written level of English (C1 or higher);
