Minimum qualifications:

• +2 years of experience in project management or team lead;
• Deep knowledge of agile principles and methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe);
• Experience on analysis, planning, organization and prioritize tasks;
• Experience in working with virtual, globally distributed teams;
• Good communication, collaboration and team development skills;
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy and proactivity;
• Team spirit;
• Fluent or good knowledge of English;
• Good interpersonal skills;

Valued qualifications:

• Academic background in Informatics, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or similar;
• Experience in continuous integration and continuous delivery processes;
• PMO Certification;
