Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
•Managing the users accesses on Magnitude application;
•Providing the financial data collection packages and consolidations;
•Managing consolidations runs;
•Making the consolidations publications;
•Performing the customization update from set up database to production;
•Checking the daily logs / Investigating in case of detected issues;
•Realizing the semi-annual users review;
•Regularly updating the functional administration manual;
•Supporting users through the service mailbox and ClearQuest ticketing tool.
Main Technical Requirements:
•Experience with Financial Accounting or Consolidation Software;
•Experience with Excel (Pivot tables, Vlook-ups);
•Graduation from a business or engineering school or equivalent university with a major in finance or information system;
•Experience on the functional administration and / or setting up the SAP FC application internally or in a consulting firm.
Other Requirements:
•EU citizenship;
•International Environment;
•English mandatory.
