Because we aspire to do more and better, we are looking for a Project Manager to integrate our Client internal team, based in Lisboa. The Project Manager responsibilities include delivering projects on time within budget and scope.

Your responsibilities include:

• Proactively manage project scope, track requirements, identify activities / tasks for project goal execution.
• Develop and manage planning in terms of budget, deadlines, dependencies and quality of deliverables.
• Predict and manage key project issues, conflicts, and risks.
• Manage the financial, material and human resources allocated to the projects, in accordance with the planned and approved deductions.
• Manage stakeholders and their responsibilities.
• Streamline the Project Team.
• Proactively disseminate project information to stakeholders in accordance with institutionalized processes.
• Manage organizational change resulting from project object.
• Prepare and hold project meetings in accordance with the defined governance model.

You must have:

• Degree in the areas of Business Management, Information Systems Management, Hospital Administration or similar.
• Proven minimum experience of 5 in similar function preferably on application development / system integration.
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development or infrastructure.
• Experience in project management involving organizational change or administrative reengineering actions.
