Stefanini is currently looking for a seasoned Project Management Officer to join one of our clients, operating within the mobility products and services business sector.

This is a full remote role, taking place until the end of 2023, with chances of extension.

Professional skills and required qualifications:

• Analytic skills to understand the business and technical needs and requirements, together with ability to synthesize and translate the information. Elaborate summaries, reports and functional documents oriented to a broad audience (not only technical or project-specific);
• Advanced PPT design skills, and previous experience in IT projects with Project Management Officer responsibilities;
• Define and implement project management methodology (incl. under agile frameworks);
• Operational management of projects as Project Manager, Scrum Master and Scrum of Scrums according to the needs of each project;
• Budget management and tracking;
• Organize and drive workshops and sessions (e.g., kick-offs, testing sessions, trainings);
• Processes redefinition/enhancement;
• Project and portfolio reporting (incl. to C-level):
• Portfolio management (risks, planning, budgets, progress, scopes, etc.);
• Define methodology for evaluation and prioritization of initiatives;
• Analysis and evaluation of the current state of project portfolio management at a global level;
• Agile methodologies scaling;
• Advanced English fluency;
