What are you going to do?

  • Define the distribution and tracking of tasks, maintaining them and delivering all relevant documentation to the Project Manager and the team;
  • Support the Project Manager with regard to local and/or on-site logistics;
  • Facilitate the review process and publication/delivery of documents;
  • Coordinate daily activities across all functional areas;
  • Track performance against commitments, metrics and KPIs;
  • Maintain financial controls and time recording systems, demand forecasting, and/or project budgeting;
  • Coordinate the invoicing and collections process, including communication with the client's purchasing department;
  • Keep abreast of technologies and industry trends advising on new opportunities and best practices applying them to daily activities;
  • Be compliant with internal procedures, policies and guidelines, and external regulations.

 

What are we looking for?

  • Degree in Business Management or similar;
  • Experience in a similar position;
  • Good level of English;
