Responsibilities

•Manage the team’s operational cadence, team workshops, OKRs’, business review meetings, and follow up commitments 

•Work closely with Category GTMs to support creation of content across V-Teams, hydration of MSX Content Hub, maintenance of our team SharePoint site, and event support as needed. 

•Provide program management support, insights and aPoPoctions to drive category execution excellence in support of business acceleration and market share capture 

•Drive and manage alongside the Category GTMs the Business Applications metrics by providing data-driven insights around forecast potential, areas of risk, scorecard actuals, and leading scorecard escalations.

Profile description:

•3 years of Consulting, Marketing Program Management; or

•3 Years of project and program management expertise

•Demonstrated experience in operations and/or program management.

•Strong ability to work across multi-functional teams, build consensus, and drive action.

•Excel & PowerPoint proficiency

•Analytical skills; experience with Power BI a plus

•Experience in selling or working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce.com, Oracle CRM, Oracle ERP Technologies, SAP CRM and ERP technologies a plus 

•Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
