WHAT WILL YOU DO:
Own the creative process of generating, developing, and curating new idea.
Help determine which ideas should be promoted into features to push the product strategy forward - namely those that will achieve key objectives for the product line and business.
Understand what makes our customers tick to rapidly deploy better product experiences
Work closely with our Data Engineering team and provide an up-to-date view of the metrics that matter
Ensure the end to end proposition is covered from a customer point of view
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor or Master Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or similar
Proven working experience as Product Manager (at least 5 years)
Proficient in Office 365
Fluent in English
Familiar with popular design toolkits
Familiar with Industrial Design methodologies and agile project management methodologies
PMP or CAMP certified or similar (is a plus)
Transform customer experience with insights, engagement, and guidance exercises.
Ensure constant and open dialog with customers to build a pipeline of ideas to drive new business strategies, product development, operational efficiencies, and internal & external engagement.
