Do you use terms like R&D, Web Development, Mobile, BI, Cloud & Data Center, Systems Administration, Project Management or Functional Analysis in your vocabulary?

Need to have:

- A Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar;

- Experience in project management / program management;

- Solid knowledge of ITIL and service desk tools.

And know:

- Fluent English, written and spoken.

Valued:

- Experience with tooling transition;

- Familiarity with Zendesk, Easyvista, and Service Now.
