Randstad was challenged by Outsystems to find the best talent to a Program Coordinator position.

Our client is a technology company and is now looking for a Program Coordinator to work with Human Resources and Management.

Creates and delivers executive level presentations, develops communications and communicates to cross-functional audiences both internally and externally;
Demonstrate experience proactively recognizing a challenge or problem and working with a variety of teams and data sources to diagnose the problem and recommend solutions;
Partner closely with counterparts across engineering and other functions to ensure the success of their hiring models and technical onboarding by team;
Think creatively to determine how to streamline processes and improve the overall efficiency of the team, including team communication, etc;
Build strong global processes that are meant to scale, yet flexible enough to address the unique needs of specific geographies;
Assist with internal and external HR related inquiries or requests between R&D and People Team;
Assist with performance management and measurement of improvements to hiring and onboarding;
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas;
Coordinate training sessions and seminars for onboarding bootcamp or other sessions related to hiring and onboarding;
Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices;
Research curriculum actively and remain up-to-date on developments within the industry and competitors;
Seek and gather information from management, employees and other departments regarding the effectiveness of completed training courses and constantly seek to improve;
Actively seek current training methods and best practices to facilitate training employees;
Work with Voice of Engineering team to develop internal marketing materials to be distributed within the company promoting the course and necessary details;
Build and maintain intern programs and other D&I activities for R&D.

requisitos/requirements
Administration, Technology, Human Resources, Learning and Development or related field of study;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver thoughtful, accurate, and timely work products;
Thrive and work well with others in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Ability to perform multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities;
An honest, transparent, and authentic work style as you have to build relationships quickly and share problems or blockers for program status. Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline;
Advance Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Suite skills (Gsuite, Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook);
Viewed as having a specialty within discipline. May have broad knowledge of project management;
Proven work experience as a Recruiting coordinator or recruiter.
Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices. Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems. Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks.
Previous experience working as a Training Coordinator role
Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously
Instructional experience in a group business setting preferred
Strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer service
Experience providing full-scope training materials, from analyzing company needs to lesson planning, development and implementation.
Extensive knowledge of best practices in creating instructional materials. Experience creating yearly training plans and materials for all departments
Background with Cloud technologies and environments or experience working with high tech teams (plus)
Experience with Atlassian tools is a plus (Trello, JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
