Radtac is a UK-based company with more than 20 years of experience in the field of Agile, Lean and DevOps. We intend to hire a professional with proven experience and competence in training, mentoring, team coaching, stakeholders, organizations in the transition or adoption of Agile, Lean, DevOps methodologies and practices. It will be a full-time job and essentially "onsite" of our clients.

What you will do

• Support our clients in finding new ways of working based on the values, principles, practices Agile, Lean, DevOps
• Organize and ensure meet-ups, workshops and training sessions raising the knowledge of stakeholders
• Support and help teams in the adoption and implementation of new practices (hand-on, mentor, coach)
• Disseminate and cultivate the value of Agile with various stakeholders (guide, advise, coach)
• Support on the preparation and presentation of new proposals to clients

What we are looking for

• Identification with the values ​​Honesty, Commitment, Character, Dynamism, Persistence and Resilience
• Degree in Engineering / IT or similar
• Minimum experience of 3 years with adoption, use, training and coaching of teams / stakeholders in Agile principles and practices (i.e. Scrum, XP, Kanban, Lean, etc.)
• Experience in dealing with transformations or medium / long-term cultural change
• Good knowledge about software development (principles, practices, terms, life cycle, technologies, etc.)
• Good communication, moderation and coaching skills in interaction / contact with others (technical and non-technical)
• Solution orientation, ability to adapt and seek new, creative, innovative solutions
• Fluent in English (writing and speaking)

Desirable
- Certification by accredited community entities (ScumAlliance, Scrum.org, LeanKanban, etc.)
- Experience in software development (1 or more languages) and practices such as TDD, BDD, CI, CD (building / improving pipelines, coding principies, refactoring, loosely (de) coupling, etc.)
