Description

Our client is a leading bank in Europe, and one of the 10th largest banks in the World. It has a presence in 80 countries, with more than 200,000 employees. We’re looking for a talented Production Support, that will join our team located in Lisbon.

Role:
- 1st  level and 2nd level support to the operational teams in different Locations; 
- Developing a good understanding of the existing applications (functional and technical); 
- Monitoring production environments; 
- Taking in charge all the support requests raised by ticketing by users located worldwide; 
- Manage incidents according to Service Delivery/ITIL Standards.

Profile:
- At least 1 years of professional experience in Production Support;
- Proficiency in at least 1 Database (Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase);
- At least 1 year of experience in Unix and Shell Scripting;
- Good understanding of Object-oriented programming (Plus).
- Availability to perform On Call Duties/Weekend interventions on a rotational team basis;
- Professional English (mandatory).
