What are you going to do:
We are looking for an Production Support Analyst to integrate our teams.

The primary focus of this role is to provide the first and second line production support (Level 1&2 supports) for applications deployed to some sites.  Respond, troubleshoot, fix and provide constant update to the business user and other IT teams on the progress of the resolution of their issue or request.  Also, to perform technical tests, and production implementation for projects and patch upgrades.

What we value:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, related technical field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience as first & second-line (Level 1&2 supports) IT Production Support for a business 
• Minimum 3 years of experience providing production support for a high priority application 
• Experience in providing effective communication with the business users and other IT teams to keep them up-to-date on their issues and requests
• Strong technical skills in database concepts and web application
• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment and remote teams
• Experience in Scrum methodology and Kanban is a plus
• Very Good English knowledge.  

Technical skills:
Database: Oracle 12c
• Programming Language: PL/SQL, SQL, Unix script, Java
• Web framework: Oracle ADF
• Protocol: CFT, IBM CDC, MQ, API
